Using the V&A on-line collections as inspiration, design your own fashion collection to enter our competition.  Winning designers will win fashion masterclasses from industry pros to help them create their collection for the catwalk during London Fashion Week.

Either as an individual or in groups of up to 6 have a look at the "Ceramics", "Japanese" or "Medieval and Renaissance" collections from the V&A. Pick one collection to use as inspiration to create your collection design. Your entry must consist of:

• a moodboard.
• a concept statement.

Entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• Originality and creative flair;
• How you use the V&A collection to inspire the designs;
